The Kyoho grape, pronounced kee-OH-ho, was developed in Japan and the name Kyoho means "great or big mountain,” and was named after Mount Fuji. These grapes are sold at high prices due to the time and effort it takes farmers to cultivate the large berries.
Kyoho grapes are an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium, thiamine, dietary fiber, and resveratrol, an important phytonutrient in maintaining heart health.
